Lets go back out and finish our stencils, and then jump back into our surrealist collage.

Projects so far:

Sept 29th

Today is suppose to be 80+ degrees, lets go outside and begin spray painting! If there is time left in class we will begin our surreal unit. 

Sep 28th

A student showed interest in learning about Dismaland, so today we will turn in our homework, take a virtual tour of the bemuesment park, and finish cutting our stencils out.

Sep 24th

Lets take a look and two artists who collaborate together, for some fantastic street art murals. We will be continuing with our stencil cut outs.

Sep 22nd

Today we will look at a few artists who deal with paper/wheatpasting. We will continue cutting out our stencils.

Lets write about last weeks homework, look at this weeks homework, and jump back into stencil making!

Today we will look at a few more artists, discuss stencil creation, and begin to make a stencil for our project.

Sep 15th

We are going to jump into our first project, but first off we need to learn about the difference between street art and graffiti. If we have time, we will begin brainstorming for our stencil project.

Sep 14th

Lets take a look at our syllabus, and look at our homework due next monday. This will be the only time that homework will be done in class.

Sep 10th

Lets jump into our first project and re-cap on art one terminology.
